The Heart Chakra, color Green, located in the center of the chest. Archangel Raphael is associated with this Chakra. 
This is the Chakra of love, compassion, kindness and acceptance of oneself and others.  When blocked you can feel lonely, isolated and insecure, not being able to feel close to anyone.  It is as if you have built a wall around your heart, not allowing anyone in.  You may also find yourself always putting everyone’s needs before your own. 
When balanced you will know how to love yourself and others.  When balanced you will always see compassion and kindness in yourself and others.

EUCALYPTUS...Wonderful for the respitory system as it helps bring more oxygen to the body and mind, allowing you to be more mindful and in the present.  It helps you breath into your heart and soul the full experience of life and all that life has to offer.
